🤫The Claude Secret 90% of Users Don't Know About
Discover the hidden Anthropic Console that transforms Claude from chatbot to powerful workflow tool. Stop retyping prompts and start templating.

The gap between average Claude users and power users isn't knowledge—it's tools.
While most people are typing the same prompts over and over into Claude's chat interface, hoping for consistent results, the real productivity happens behind the scenes in the Anthropic Console. It's Claude's secret weapon that 90% of users don't even know exists.
Think about those repetitive tasks that eat up your workday—customer service responses, data formatting, content creation with specific parameters. What if you could build prompts once, standardize them with variables, and deploy them consistently with just a few clicks?
That's exactly what the Anthropic Console delivers. And today, I'll show you how to use it to transform how you handle one of business's most common headaches: customer complaint responses.

Using the Anthropic Prompt Generator for repetitive task-heavy work
The Problem: You have significant regular tasks that require more than one prompt that doesn’t yield consistent results. You prompting Claude isn’t cutting it.
The Solution: Use the Antropic console and let’s have Claude create the prompts which then serve as templates for regular use.
Note: this tool requires you to have some API credits. API credits fall outside of a paid plan but you don’t need to have a pain plan to buy credits.
Go to: https://console.anthropic.com/ and sign in with your current Claude credentials.
Select “Generate a Prompt”

Describe the prompt you need.

Full text:
Generate me a response email to a complaint we often receive. The variables should be:
Customer name
Product Name
Product name
Discount percentage
The email should be empathetic and show the company genuinely cares about getting things right.
As you can see I haven’t used any form of prompt framework - to be honest, I’ve given it nothing to go off, really. The key here is that I’ve defined variables specific to the task which become placeholders for details specific to the task I’m performing.

The next screen displays the Anthropic dashboard with various advanced controls. Don't get overwhelmed—for our purpose, simply click on the pencil icon (highlighted in purple below) next to each variable, enter your specific information, and hit run.

You’ll now see the response with the customer name, product name, and the discount offered formatted how instructed in a great format given we’ve given little to no input.

From here, you can edit the prompt in the left pane and reuse it for different customers and scenarios while maintaining consistent output quality. This makes it perfect for those repetitive tasks that would otherwise consume valuable time.

THE BOTTOM LINE
The Anthropic Console isn't just another feature—it's the difference between using Claude as a casual assistant and deploying it as a strategic business asset and we’ve only scratched the surface.
For repetitive tasks where consistency matters, manually prompting Claude each time is like retyping the same document instead of using templates. It's inefficient, inconsistent, and a waste of your capabilities.
The Console transforms Claude from a conversation partner into a customized workflow tool that scales with your needs. Whether you're handling customer service tickets, generating standardized reports, or creating content with specific requirements, the ability to templatize your prompts with variables changes the productivity equation.
Don't keep Claude trapped in casual conversation when it's built to handle your most demanding workflows. The Console is where Claude's real power lives.
Time to level up.
