🚀Enhance What You Already Know: The Simple AI Approach 86% of Companies Need
The Future of Jobs report confirms AI literacy is essential, but you don't need new skills. Discover how to enhance your existing frameworks with AI in 2 minutes.

The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs report confirmed what many of us already suspected: AI literacy is rapidly becoming not just important but essential in virtually every field.
The numbers are striking:
86% of employers expect AI and information processing to transform their business by 2030
50% of the global workforce will need upskilling or reskilling by 2030
Technology specialists, particularly AI specialists, are among the fastest-growing roles worldwide
But here's the thing with that last point: You don't need to be an AI technology specialist to get solid results – you can just infuse the ideas and frameworks you already use with AI.

A Small Step Toward Navigating AI Changes
Start with a familiar framework: SWOT analysis, decision matrix, project plans, tried and tested frameworks your company uses, anything agreed on by the whole.
Add AI to enhance it. Provide an example of the framework to the AI then proceed with how it should be applied to your problem.
Generate more options, identify blind spots, create variations in less time.
2-Minute Examples: AI-Enhanced Frameworks in Action🕒
For your next meeting: Take your agenda template (your intellectual internal framework) and ask AI to "generate thought-provoking questions for each agenda item." You might have a certain format your company follows or a senior manager might prefer things delivered in a certain way. Here you control the strategic direction while AI takes care of the creative expansion.
For your next email: Use an existing message structure (internal communication framework) and ask AI to "draft three versions adjusting for formal, neutral, and friendly tones." Your core message remains intact while AI provides versatility. (this also works if you're a little angry with the recipient - "Can you check my tone on this strongly worded email I'm about to send")
For your next analysis task: Apply the SWOT methodology (or widely accepted business analysis framework) and ask AI to "identify potential blind spots and suggest additional opportunities." Your expertise guides the analysis while AI expands possibilities.
For your next project plan: Start with your project timeline (your planning framework) and ask AI to "identify potential bottlenecks and suggest preemptive actions." Your experience frames the plan while AI enhances foresight.
The key: provide the AI with the things you already do and then proceed with the output.
Remember: You Bring the Value 📈
The frameworks, ideas, and knowledge you've cultivated through your career remain the foundation. Your expertise, judgment, and understanding of context are irreplaceable - and it's this understanding that will kick off your new working life with AI.
AI just accelerates the process, generates alternatives, and helps you explore more possibilities within the frameworks you trust.
It's still up to you to decide on what's tabled and what's not.
Navigating the Shifting Workplace
The WEF report highlights a fundamental shift in our working landscape:
86% of employers expect AI and information processing advancements to transform their business by 2030
AI and big data are the #1 fastest-growing skills in the marketplace
By 2030, 39% of existing skill sets will be transformed or become outdated
63% of employers identify skill gaps as the biggest barrier to business transformation
85% of employers plan to prioritize upskilling their workforce
Analytical thinking remains the most sought-after core skill, with 70% of companies considering it essential
While technical AI expertise is growing in demand, the report emphasizes that human judgment, strategic thinking, and contextual understanding remain irreplaceable. The most prominent skills differentiating growing from declining jobs include resilience, flexibility, resource management, and technological literacy.
It’s clear: combining human expertise with technological capabilities is the winning formula for the future of work.
By enhancing your trusted frameworks and ideals with AI capabilities, you're positioning yourself perfectly for this shift – merging your expertise and the emerging technological advantages.

From around the AI traps
Google joined the deep-research battle rolling out Gemini 2.5 Pro Deep Research claiming a “noticeable improvement in analytical reasoning”
Google also added a host of new features to Docs, Sheets, and Chats with things like agentic workflows, audio, refine capabilites, and more.
Adobe introduced agentic AI to Photoshop, Premier Pro, and Acrobat.
And if you’re sick of the Claude limitation warning, Anthropic introduced their new Max Plans in two new flavors: $100/pm for 5x and $200/pm for 20x more Claude goodness.
(I may have upgraded to Claude Max already - don’t tell my wife.)
